A heat sink is a device that dissipates heat for easily heating electronic components in electrical appliances. It is usually made of aluminum alloy, brass, or bronze in plate, sheet, or multiple sheet shapes. Generally, during use, a layer of thermal conductive silicone grease is applied to the contact surface between the electronic components and the heat sink, allowing the heat emitted by the components to be more effectively transmitted to the heat sink, which then dissipates into the surrounding air. In terms of heat sink materials, the thermal conductivity of each material is different, ranging from high to low, namely silver, copper, aluminum, and steel.
The production process of heat sink is as follows: product requirements - drawing development - mold production - mold testing (extrusion of aluminum profiles) - cutting, CNC processing - functional dimension sample confirmation - color confirmation (anodizing or oxidation spraying other) - production input - packaging (inspection) - delivery.
The radiator plays an important role in the composition of the radiator. In addition to the active cooling of the fan, the evaluation of the quality of a radiator largely depends on the heat absorption capacity and thermal conductivity of the radiator itself.
